After numerous rumors and leaks, it appears that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX3080Ti will finally release on May 25th. HKEPC reports that this GPU will be priced at $999, will release on May 25th, and its review embargo will lift on May 24th.
From what we know so far, the GeForce RTX3080Ti will feature 12GB of GDDR6X memory. It will also feature 10240 CUDA cores.
Additionally, HKEPC reports that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX3070Ti will release this June. The RTX3070Ti is rumored to have 6144 CUDA Cores and 8GB of GDDR6X memory.
Earlier this week, a photo surfaced showing a boxed version of an MSI GeForce RTX 3080Ti Ventus. So yeah, the RTX 3080Ti is real, and NVIDIA will officially reveal it soon.

The longer all this GPU business goes on, the more confident I feel about my choice to buy a 2080Ti when I did. By the time I’m ready for a second revision 40 series card, the silicone situation might level itself out. 🙂

ayye forget stocking the current cards lets just keep pushing new models every couple months and cintinue flooding the market with even more models noone will be able to get their hands on

On Newegg Canada they have a Gigabyte RTX 2080Ti for CDN$ 4,240. Seriously. That would be US$ 3,400 with the latest exchange rates.
The GPU market is absolutely crazy right now. In all the years that I have been building my own rigs I’ve never seen prices so high. Even the RTX 360 (non Ti) are being sold for $1,000 on Ebay. The MSRP is $330 on that card but you can’t find them for anywhere close to MSRP.
I still have not been able to get a new card. And people are talking about a new one possibly being released.

The only place that I know of doing sort of a pre-order thing was EVGA. They never got back with me though. I managed to procure one from Microcenter a few months back.

Ordered at release on Webhallen/Sweden, got the 3090 1 month after (Strix OC). Seems it have became even scarcer now thoo – We should be happy not everyone went to TSMC or it would have been even worse than it is
The ROG Strix version is the one I want.
Im currently using the ROG Strix GTX 1080 and its an excellent card.
Beware of the Asus 3090 strix oc, don’t know if they fixed the rattling fan issue way too many cards have. They likely placed it to close to the heatsink and we all know fans get slightly more wobbly at certain rpm’s / age…. Will have to send in mine through rma, google it and there are several vids etc of the issue. And the lack of official Asus communication is laughable – I’m done with them in the future

U greek Moron. This is again a RUMOR. There has been no official confirmation on this. Learn to write and tag articles. this report is once again tagged as a RUMOR for now. Every other site has tagged this is a speculation, including Videocardz.
To quote TOM’s Hardware article as well:

3090 since November and I remember how much I hesitated. Knowing what I know now, I have ZERO regrets. I’m still at awe of how dire the supply situation has gotten and continues to get worse. Everyone I know closer to the industry than me says there are no signs of things getting any better this year. More bots and more scalpers await.
