Lost Soul Aside feature-2

Lost Soul Aside will support NVIDIA DLSS 3 & Ray Tracing on PC

NVIDIA has confirmed that UltiZeroGames’ upcoming action RPG, Lost Soul Aside, will support DLSS 3 and Ray Tracing effects on PC. In addition, the green team shared a new PC trailer that you can find below.

Lost Soul Aside started as an indie Unreal Engine 4 action game, inspired by Final Fantasy XV. The game’s protagonist was based on FFXV’s Noctis, and the game quickly got everyone’s attention.

According to NVIDIA, the game has a unique combat system, gorgeous graphics, and a compelling storyline. In Lost Soul Aside, players will face a variety of powerful enemies and challenges.

NVIDIA has not detailed the Ray Tracing effects that Lost Soul Aside will feature. However, considering what we see in its PC trailer, we can assume that it will at least have ray-traced reflections.

Since this will be an Unreal Engine 4-powered game, it will be interesting to see whether or not it will have shader compilation stutters. We’ve also seen lately a lot of UE4 games that rely heavily on one CPU core/thread, especially when using Ray Tracing effects. And if I had to guess, I’d say that Lost Soul Aside – like pretty much all Unreal Engine 4 games – will have traversal stutters.

There is currently no ETA on when the game will come out. Naturally, though, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
