AMD has shared a new slide in which it has revealed the next PC games that will support AMD FSR 3.0. So, let’s take a look and see which of the recently released and upcoming games will support it.
According to the slide, Black Myth: Wukong and Crimson Desert will be among the new titles that will support AMD FSR 3.0. This slide also includes Cyberpunk 2077 and Starfield.
The next Like a Dragon/Yakuza game, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth will also support AMD FSR 3.0. Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth will release next month, so it will be interesting to see whether it will support it at launch.
PAX DEI, a social sandbox MMO in Unreal Engine 5, will also support AMD FSR 3.0, as will Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2.
In total, AMD revealed 15 games that will get support for AMD FSR 3.0 in 2024.
As we’ve already reported, AMD has also released the open-source code for AMD FSR 3.0. Developers can download it and implement it in their games. The red team has also released an Unreal Engine 5 plugin that makes it easier to integrate it into Epic’s latest engine.

ah great more excuse for these devs to not optimise their games, especially for these upcoming games.
the way thing goes with the demand for higher quality effects and lazy devs, new titles will run at 4fps and 320*240 res that upscaled to 8k and temporally frame generated at 120fps with half an hour input delay that will be smoothed by software based solutions. cool!
Premised that i start get old..so this is a my problem.. 🤣
i don’t know why but with some games if i play at 30fps i can play well
(can dodgeblock well attack from enemies)
same if the game give me half second + to react…
but if i play at 60fps then i can’t play the game because i not success in blockdodge (enemies always hit me)
So i start stress about this because,at 60FPS games looks a lot better (Graphically too) and it’s more fluid , i can move better, explore better..
at 60 it look less blurry too…
But when is the moment of FightCombats i would prefer 30FPS
Sadly right now don’t exist any software that switch from 30 to 60fps for combatexplore (and the reason why not exist is because no one in the world has this problem only me hahaha)
yes i know it’s possible to limit fps to 30 via rivaturner or vsync etc. but that is ALL time it not make difference between combat or explore
for now so sadly i choose to play at 30fps… (give up to fluidvisual)
because for me can dodgeblock and so can play,
it’s more important than “see better things” but can’t play.
Sadly it’s not possible for me to switch manually, because when you play games as atlas fallen or forspoken, combats it’s more frequent.
But i understand that this is a my personal problem
(eyeshand reaction slow in games)
and i feel it is just a little bit, maybe half second, but i’ts not enough then enemies hit me (if game is 60)
if is 30 i can always blockdodge perfect, never hit me
i really not understand this why.
Factor in your eye-hand coordination (regardless of age) and what games you’re playing.
Some older FPS games are like that (Half Life Deathmatch for one). Not sure about new games.
All the practice, they money for great hardware and pushing 120Hz and 100+FPS at 4k runs so nice – and then die more than playing on a potato. I dont get it either lol.
Make sure your screen is locked to 60fps in Windows option.
Make sure V-sync is turned on in the game or forced through the driver.
Make sure you bring down graphical setting so you actually hit 60fps.

I wish this was just some sort of thing that didn’t need devs to implement it like a standalone plugin or however that would work. Be nice to try it where I’m 75fps to give more but I’m pretty sure this is for high fps/resolution 2k/4k players mostly. Meaning 100fps already beforehand to get up to 120fps/hz and more.
And since amd can do this it gives tell to the lies of ngreedia, ok maybe it’s not as good as having the latest gpu gen and using hw but a software based approach could have also been released by ngreedia for older cards for +20fps vs. new cards +50fps or something. Yeah since fps has a lot to do with your cpu it’s not even a purely gpu hw issue, intel must be in there somewhere.
