Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is one of our most anticipated games of 2017. And while at first people believed that this new game from Ninja Theory would be all about action, it appears that the development team is experimenting in order to create a deeper and more story-driven title.
In his latest interview with GameInformer, Tameem Antoniades – creative director of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice – claimed that in this game, the team tries to offer a more atmospheric journey. From the looks of it, Ninja Theory is taking a creative risk and tries to offer something a bit more than an action game as Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
What’s also interesting is that the game will feature more experiential than traditional puzzles.
Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is powered by Unreal Engine 4 and will be released in 2017.
Enjoy!

brace your selves for a “cinematic” stare festival experience sponsored by sony
seriously though, i think sony and whoever they make deal with, having a fetish for unskippable cutscenes is always part of their agreement
Or they are just pretentious.
Good, Love Story driven cinematic games.
dark soul like combat ?
Remember No Man’s Sky? Just because this guy is circlejerking the game, doesn’t mean any of it will be in it or any good.
Hey i like the idea of a more puzzle oriented game but i watched the video and what i concluded was that this game is too far up his own cinematic and scripted a$$ to have any faith that this game will be good.
Enslaved was one of the most condescendingly hand-holdy linear games I’ve ever played. The writing was ok-ok. If this is anything like that I will be quite disappointed… .that is if I can manage to have some expectations from this. And after what they did to DMC with DmC it’s quite hard for me.
Anyway, Ninja Theory seems to have great artists, animators and programmers. All let down by some terrible designer/s.
Get rid of all the mental health stuff and just make it a shooter. And put Senua in tight leather. Guaranteed million-copy seller.
Wow can Sony create some thing that’s not a third person action game with stealth ? My God they are stale but the fanboy s keep eating it up.
