Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn – PAX 2012 Presentation

Square Enix held a PAX Prime 2012 presentation for its revamped MMORPG Final Fantasy game, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. In this presentation, uploaded by YouTube’s member ‘Andrew Copeland,’ we learn that players will be able to use their skills from the start of battles, meaning that they won’t have to build up SP. In addition, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will sport a LevelSync feature, with which players will be able to drop down to their friends level to let them experience the game. Graphics have also been enhanced as the title now support dynamic lighting and shadows. Oh, and there will be crossplay between the PS3 and the PC versions. Enjoy the 16 minutes presentation and its first gameplay trailer after the jump!
