Imagine stating back in the Q3 days that arena shooters wouldn’t be around in a couple of years. Everyone will call you mad and crazy. And here we are today without any triple-A arena shooter capable of rivaling Q3 or UT2004. Man, I really miss arena shooters. Good news then that YouTube’s member ‘Djordje Simonovic’ has uploaded a great frag movie for Xonotic. Xonotic is a free (GPL), fast-paced first-person shooter that works on Windows, OS X and Linux. The project is geared towards providing addictive arena shooter gameplay which is all spawned and driven by the community itself, and is powered by the Darkplaces engine. Enjoy!
