playing Republique Remastered now. what an awesome game. it basically has upgraded version of camera control of Watch dogs but it also has better atmosphere and sweeter voice acting (David Hayter, Jennifer Hale). planning to play Dragonball XV, Homewolrd Remastered and ATTILA next.
Homeworld Remastered looks very nice and it also runs great :), but for some reason new 9xx series is slower compared to kepler (780ti)
gamegpu site, 1080p VHQ benchmark
780ti – 250fps
980 – 230fps
970 – 196fps
770 – 168fps
750 – 82fps
Maybe it likes VRAM bandwidth and Kepler has bigger than current Maxwell cards.
20fps is a huge difference. I wonder what’s going on there. What’s up, Nvidia?
is that the 3.5GB in effect? (im not trying to be sarcastic, i genuinely want to know)
Dying Light – I didn’t think I would like it because I hated Dead Island, but it’s actually a really good game!
It looks, plays, and runs better than Far Cry 4, that’s for sure.
Really? I have better performance with FC4 than dying light.
Dying light is still runs terrible and doesn’t look at all impressive.
You’re drunk.
Nope
doesn’t run that well for me as well.(doesn’t run terrible though unless on max setting) then again i use amd vga, i think it was an nvidia game if i remember. but like Jay i didn’t expect to like it since i found dead island to be boring but it was very enjoyable. at least until the villain started ranting cliche stuff but overall they pulled off what they worked on the most…the parkour, very good stuff.
FC4 definitely runs slightly better with mroe consistent performance…but Dying Light also works quite well for me @ 40-50fps…Both maxed out @1080p
i second this, had alot of issues with Far cry 4 but Dying light runs smoth on max settings 1080p. I have an R9 270X.
