EIDOS Montreal and NIXXES have released a new patch for the PC version of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. According to the changelog, this patch adds some new Breach content, slightly improves loading times under DX12, and features improved performance stability under DX12.

- Avatar customization (possibility to change the appearance of the Ripper in-game)

- New Santeau Corporation (New Maps and Darknet file)
- New UI for avatar customization
- New items: Premium Ripper Skins (2)

– Fixed an issue where some players would crash when loading their savegame.
– Fixed an issue where players could get stuck in the side mission: 1011000
– Fixed an issue that could cause a DXGI_DEVICE_HUNG error.
– Improved performance stability, this should result in less stuttering.

Stop body shaming! That DXGI Device is not an objet ! It’s not his fault if he’s hung like a horse!
8 patches later and I’m still crashing in the shooting range consistently. At least it’s side content, I guess.
It’s a bug to do with the inventory. When your inventory is too full to fit in it what you get from the shooting range, it crashes. Dump most of your inventory on the floor and go do everything in the firing range. Then when you come out, you won’t crash and you’ll be able to pick everything back up.
Has anyone gotten any tangible benefits from Dx12 so far? Like in this or hitman has dx12 either made the game look better or perform better for you personally? Just curious. I’m an Nvidia user, so that’s pretty much borked as of now, but wondering for AMD users, is it actually giving anything?
