After the beta shot teaser that was released earlier this week, Bohemia Interactive hinted that an upcoming announcement for Carrier Command: Gaea Mission’s beta phase will be announced next week. An announcement of a possible announcement for an announcement that will be announced. Yeap, you got that right. Still, this means that Carrier Command: Gaea Mission is on the right path and Bohemia will hopefully roll it out pretty soon.
Carrier Command: Gaea Mission is set in the Gaea Universe, with a story adapted from the science fiction trilogy of novels, and promises to reinvent the classic gameplay of the original Carrier Command, released in 1988, to deliver a truly next-gen experience. The game is slated for a 2012 release on the PC.
