Capcom announces new game engine – called Panta Rhei – for next-generation platforms

Capcom has just announced the next version of his in-house game engine that will be called Panta Rhei. Panta Rhei is the evolution of Capcom’s MT Framework and is targeted for next-generation platforms. Capcom is still working on this engine and is polishing it, however the Japanese company has showcased a game that will be powered by it – called deep down – and you can find some screenshots of it below, as well as its reveal trailer from Sony’s conference. This new Capcom game is so far announced for PS4 only, but we are pretty sure that Capcom will port it to all other high-end platforms (meaning X720 and PC).
