According to the tweet, there isn’t currently any specific release date for the game, and the team is currently focused on making the best possible game.

Call of  Cthulhu is described as an RPG-Investigation game with psychological horror and stealth mechanics, set in a deeply immersive world. The game is being developed by Cyanide and players will take the role of a Private Detective, Edward Pierce, who is on a mission to find the truth behind the death of an acclaimed artist and her family on a backwater island.

Focus Home Interactive has not issued any official press release about the game’s delay yet.

  1. Considering there hasn’t even been any gameplay released and Cyanide is known for half-cooked games, this is the right move

    1. Wtf? Delaying a game is lying?

      “Gonna pirate with no remorse”.
Oh, piss off. You already pirate with no remorse. You just need some excuse to justify it.

    1. “It is said that many still don’t know how to pronounce it”

lovecraft himself said there is no correct way to say cthulhu as it is in a alien tongue unpronounceable my humans.

  2. Take your time, fellas. We need a great Lovecraft game and I’m glad these guys aren’t rushing garbage to market.
