Incandescent Imaging has released a new demo for its Unreal Engine 4-powered title, Caffeine. Given the fact that this was build for a convention, it was designed as a short contained demo to give players a taste of the atmosphere of Caffeine.
As Incandescent Imaging noted, the demo is targeted at 1080p 30fps for demo purposes, though you can change this in the settings menu.
This demo also includes some awesome new sound design by Jonathan Wachoru and music from Bay Drive Sound’s Adam Klingman.
You can download this new demo from here.
Enjoy!

Nope, the newest demo isn’t on steam yet. It says Steam (Coming Soon) : You can download the latest demo here: http://incandescentimaging.net/2015/07/22/caffeine-avcon-2015-demo/
Huge improvement in everything from the first playable pre-alpha demo a couple of months ago.
Saw the demo on Steam…clicked at “Install” and showed me 4.7GB download. Nope. Tried the others though but still nothing that can scare me, not even pre-scripted ambience sounds.
Apart from this…any news about Routine? That game looked pretty damn nice as well. And The Hum.
I heard a while back the Metro creators were working in a SciFi/horror like game with aliens or something like that (like in an alien planet). Not sure tho, those guys could nail the atmosphere plus giving great moments of action.
Routine is still in development, The lead designer just finished the environment art this week and has now started working on the animations.
Oh very very nice news then. Thank you. 😉
Same thing here….4.7gb for demo level, nope thanks….
