Bloodborne PSX Demake is coming to PC in January 2022

Last month, we shared a video that showcased ten minutes of gameplay footage from the upcoming PSX demake of Bloodborne. And today, we are happy to report that this free fan game/project is coming to PC on January 31st, 2022.

Created by Lilith Walther, this free demake of Bloodborne will let you finally experience FromSoftware’s game on PC… at least in a way. And, since we haven’t heard anything yet about the rumored remaster of Bloodborne, this is something that will definitely please a lot of PC Bloodborne fans.

Bloodborne PSX Demake will only go up to Father Gascoigne, with extended areas and some bonus post-game content. So yeah, don’t expect this project will have all the areas from Bloodborne.

Players will be also able to edit the CRT effects to be as heavy or as light as they want. Alternatively, they can simply turn them completely off.

Lastly, this is a PC game made in Unreal Engine and will not work on an actual PS1 or emulator.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

  1. This is seriously crappy, I hope PC gamers will be able to witness beauty that is Bloodborne in 60fps+ down the road.

      1. The start is rough, but the game is surprisingly easy when you get the basic hang of it. Prepare to die for the first 4–8 hours or so, smooth sailing in NG from that point on with occasional small roadblocks you will pass quite easily.

        1. I said what I said because I suffer with anhedonia and…my anger jumps into almost rage attacks in a snap of a finger …can’t dude ,i tried dark souls 2 could not bear or stand …

  2. I hate gimmicks like these. Is it the only thing going for? Might as well play any game in 240p in a CRT TV and lock it at 30 FPS.
