AMD Catalyst 13.9 Official WHQL Released

AMD has released a new set of WHQL drivers for its graphics cards. The red team has not released any changelog at the time of writing, but we’ll be sure to update the story the moment it does. According to Guru3D’s member ‘Seren’, this new driver is around a week older than 13.10 beta, and they are on the 150 branch. In short, some frame pacing improvements that are available on the latest beta driver may be missing from this WHQL driver. But then again, a lot of users prefer the WHQL drivers over the Beta ones.

Those interested can download AMD’s Catalyst 13.9 WHQL drivers from here.

In other news, AMD announced that it will webcast a special product showcase taking place at the AMD GPU ’14 Tech Day event Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013 at 3 p.m. EDT.

Kudos to our reader ‘[Chaotic]’ for informing us.

Enjoy and happy benchmarking!
