Final Fantasy 7 fans, here is something special for you. A team of modders have been working on a fully voiced mod for the classic version of Final Fantasy 7, and will release it on January 13th.
The Echo-S 7 mod will add voices to all characters. Not only that, but the team has added voices to all cut-scenes and to battles. As such, this mod will completely change the way you experience this classic FF game.
In order to showcase this mod, the team released the following trailer. And, to be honest, I really like what they have done. I also laughed at some of the voiced lines. Hearing Cloud say “Let’s dance asshole“, Tifa cursing, Reno saying “Don’t take it personal… bitches”… seriously, this will be a cult mod.
As said, the mod will be available on January 13th, and you will be able to download it from its official website. The team is also working on fully voiced mods for both Final Fantasy 8 and Final Fantasy 9.
In theory, this mod should be compatible with Final Fantasy 7 Remako HD Graphics Mod. My guess is that you can also use this mod that updates all 3D models.

Remako is old and not recommended. Go with 7th Heaven (also maintained by TsunaMods community) using FFNx and it comes bundled with all the mod packages you’d need and want to pick from.
Remako? Seriously?? It wasn’t the best even when it was released (SYW and Avalanche Arisen both outclassed it), CaptRobau didn’t do jack about supporting people and just fobbed it off on the Qhimm community, and newer mods take advantage of improvements in both the FFNx driver and 7H mod manager.

Ah yes the game that our parents let us play, no changes whatsoever to appeal to a “modern audience” of r3tarded r3dditors who think over the top cringe lines and swearing is cool.
All that’s in the OG… just that it was either @#(%@!! in the original script (Barret’s “pizza” comment about Midgar), aren’t such complete failures at minigames (Tifa losing her marbles in the reactor control room), or, in Cid’s case, well… he does swear rather a lot…
