Resident Evil 3 Remake Classic Nemesis screenshot

Classic Nemesis Mod available now for download for Resident Evil 3 Remake

A lot of Nemesis fans were disappointed when Capcom officially revealed Resident Evil 3 Remake. That’s because Capcom has completely re-designed the character and some of its changes were not as great as some RE3 fans were hoping. Thankfully, though, PC gamers will be able to enjoy Resident Evil 3 Remake with a classic Nemesis skin/model.

Earlier today, modder ‘ghost’ released this Classic Nemesis mod for Resident Evil 3 Remake. This mod replaces the new Nemesis model with the one from Marvel vs Capcom. As such, RE3 PC fans will be able to enjoy the game with a more “faithful” Nemesis.

Naturally, this mod works perfectly with the PC demo of Resident Evil 3 Remake. Whether the modder will have to release a new version when the final game comes out remains to be seen.

Ironically, we’ve already seen a few interesting mods for RE3R, even though the game is not out yet. There is already a Jill Valentine Nude Mod and a NieR Automata 2B Mod. Furthermore, the Ultimate Trainer Mod allows you to change FOV, remove Vignette, and do some really cool changes to the game.

You can download this Classic Nemesis mod for Resident Evil 3 Remake from here.

Below you can also find two screenshots that showcase this mod in action.

Have fun!

  1. I just think it’s unrealistic that he can teleport like a little bi*ch! Makes the gameplay sluggish and removes some of the suspension. You can’t outrun him because of his tentacle, once you’re in his close proximity it’s 2 strikes from death, get hit once and your movement speed is crippled and he catches you a moment later. He basically held me hostage in a room, I was hiding in a small kitchen connecting that room and he didn’t see me or knew about my whereabouts, but he never walked away. After waiting for 10 minutes I sneaked outside and he was still there, killing me almost instantly. Redesign him please, but not from an aesthetic point of view.

    1. llama i’m sure they’re looking for feedback on dsog’s comment section just a couple of days before release.

    2. In the Demo at least basically there are 3 ways to evade him, hit his respirator thingy in the chest which hurts him, blow up the generator which is next to him where he spawns and he gets instant knocked down and last just keep iframing him

Tbh dodging/iframing like its Dark Souls is gonna be broken, hence why they added teleportation/dashing to Nemesis. However a single dodge increases DA by 200 which is a lot.

If they did not it would end up like Mr. X in RE2R where you can outrun him even just by walking (!)

          1. pay attention and work on your reading comprehension. The complaint was about teleportation

      1. I think the one above is different and a bit more frightening.
this model does justice to the bottomless well of horror that is Nemesis.

I was thinking though, what if he’s in pain and can’t help it? he has no eyelids, no lips (to pout), no nose, etc. to express sadness or any emotion for that matter. I think we should stop running around and have a talk

  2. Oh, you mean that thing Capcom has been showing, was supposed to be Nemesis all this time?

On a serious note, when fans show up a company on how to properly lead their art direction…………… yet again.

Well done. It finally looks like Nemesis.

      1. yep, bad enough they made Jill ugly as hell, but they gave her a whiny liberal personality (corporate overlords…only total losers on the left say that childish comment, I get this feeling Jill is going to be unbearable through the game in cutscenes if the demo is any indication, of which it almost always is.)

  3. This is so much better. I hate how he looks in the remake. The rest is fine, epsecially Jill and Carlos. But couldn’t ignore that fvked up nose and the colgate teeth.

    1. and people started picking on me for saying the original was better.
you won’t see it until they are juxtaposed against one another
hopefully the game will come out with both models

      1. To be honest i don’t really care if the game comes with both models or nah, imma still use the OG face mod for him. I accept Jill and Carlos, but Nemesis is big no.

    2. excuse me??? Jill is absolutely not “fine” at all, she is a butterface and butterface females have no business on our screens.

  4. What is it with Capcom changing characters? I can’t even look at Akuma/Gouki in Street Fighter V, went from the most bad a*s character to a changed moveset and a mane…that’s right a mane, like a lion… moronic. They most likely did it to make money off the retro outfits, but that doesn’t justify $#!+.
