Codemasters has released the first two gameplay trailers for Grid 2. As you may already know, Grid 2 won’t feature any cockpit view and in order to prove that the game does not need one, the company has used the hood camera. In our opinion, a cockpit view would be better and no, those “in_our_faces” reflections can’t really impress us. Good news: Keen Software has just announced that its first-person action-survival space simulation game, Miner Wars 2081, has entered its beta phase. Bad news: the latest co-op video does not feature fully destructible environments, something that was advertised as one of the biggest features of this space combat game. As promised, Activision has released the Zombies trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. As the title suggests, Black Ops 2 will feature a Zombies MP mode. The publisher did not provide any further details about this mode, but we bet that most Call of Duty players will be delighted to know that such mode will be supported in Black Ops 2. Strategy fans, here is something special for you today. SEGA has unveiled the debut gameplay trailer for Creative Assembly’s upcoming Total War game, Total War: Rome II. Total War: Rome II promises to combine the most expansive turn-based campaign and the largest, most cinematic real-time battles yet seen in any game, and if this gameplay trailer is anything to go by, it will able to achieve something like that. Electronic Arts has released new trailers and a walkthrough for three of its upcoming titles – Dead Space 3, Medal of Honor: Warfighter and Need For Speed: Most Wanted. Dead Space 3’s video is 15 minutes long and gives us an insight to the thrilling action, and moments of isolation that are promised to be featured. Capcom has released a new trailer for Resident Evil 6. Resident Evil 6 promises to blend action and horror and be the dramatic horror experience of 2012. The game will offer three story campaigns (as well as a fourth part with Ada Wong) that can be played in both solo or co-op modes. At key moments during the game, up to four players can join together online to tackle a specific situation. Can’t see how this will improve the horror elements of this new RE game, but what do we know, right? Resident Evil 6 is scheduled for a console release on October 2nd. Ubisoft has also released a new trailer for Splinter Cell: Blacklist. According to its press release, a group of 12 have had enough and initiate a terror ultimatum called the Blacklist – a deadly countdown of escalating terrorist attacks on U.S. interests. Sam Fisher is the leader of the newly formed 4th Echelon unit: a clandestine unit that answers solely to the President of the United States. Sam and his team must hunt down these terrorists by any means necessary, and stop the Blacklist countdown before it reaches zero.
