Hayssam Keilany has released a patch for his amazing GTA IV mod, iCEnhancer 3.0. According to the changelog, this patch features better sky and clouds, improves tree colors and reduces their flickering issue that has been reported, reduces bloom in dark areas, and includes a different dirt texture.
