Minecraft: Story Mode Announced – Narrative-driven Episodic Series, First Episode Releases In 2015

Telltale Games announced today that it’s working on a new video-game narrative-driven episodic series based on Mojang’s Minecraft game. The series will feature an original story, driven by player choice. It will not be an add-on for Minecraft, but rather a separate stand-alone product, and its first episode will be released in 2015.

2K Games and Turtle Rock Studios announced that the open beta phase of Evolve will start in mid January. On January 15th (and until January 19th), the open beta phase will be exclusive to Xbox One, however there will be technical tests for both the PC and PS4.
