  1. So many balancing changes…
    Must have been a mess…

    Not to mention:

    Currently online players
    PC: 2,509 (24h peak: 5,404)

    Good luck with patching that…

    1. But to be fair it still has more players than Call of Gambling Infinite Transactionfare on PC and came out one year before it.

          1. That’s also quite sad, though, considering Titanfall 2 is actually a good game, that’s rather worth buying, unlike Star Wars: The Ripoff Edition.

          2. Sorry, future-fiancé, but I have to disagree with you here.
Here is how I see it. Titanfall 2 is bell peppers and Star Wars:Battlefront EA is a Vodka, Irish-Whiskey mix with 1/8 tonic and a squeeze of lime… actually that is to fancy for Star Wars, so lets call it instead just “Irish Whiskey and Vodka”
Now Bell Peppers are clearly good for you but after a while you find yourself have it as often.
Then there is the Irish-Piss… i mean Whiskey-Vodka. It sounds impressive but looks and taste like piss. Yet you try it and hope it’s like that Vodka Martini that PS2 bartender made so many years ago.
It makes you sick and you vomit on the family dog. But after a day of eating asprin you find yourself sampling it again and again. Then suddenly you have no money and have to pay child support and your pass time is stalking someone on a gaming web site….

That’s how I see the two. Titanfall 2 is good but gets old fast (the population alone is evident to it).
Battlefront is like alcohol; you drink it so you can remember the good old days.

          3. TLDR: Irish Whiskey is God?

            Agreed.

            Now, analogies about pissing whiskey & bleeding/vomiting vodka aside;

Battlefront is pretty, extremely pretty, even, but f*ck me, gameplay-wise it’s a sick joke. DICE basically did the only thing they know how to do these days; they took Battlefield, & slapped a Star Wars skin onto it. Is it a very pretty skin? Absolutely, but even so – F*ck. That. Sh*t. If they’d actually done Star Wars: Battlefront, rather than Star Wars: Battlefield, I’d be fine with it, but nope, so, yeah, no. Especially considering how sh*t Battlefield’s current gameplay model is, by-the-by.

Titanfall 2, on the other hand, actually builds on the excellent gameplay model of Titanfall (OG), while expanding into actually good new features at the same time, all in a damn good manner! What, you think it’s a coincidence how much Call of Turds is ripping off of Titanfall? Nope 😛 The sales are sad, I agree, but if it does actually manage to pick up, I can see it turning its reputation around like Rainbow Six: Siege.

    1. Games are not made so tiny people’s minds and media jerk off on game because it’s so GOOOOD but to make billions is that so hard to understand?

And game sold damn good in case you don’t know.

  2. “Boba Fett

Increased Flamethrower damage against Chewbacca by 50%”

that made me lol for some reason. must really be a chewy hater

    1. Maybe it’s the fact that it’s on origin, with the lower user base compared to Steam, lack of mod support, private servers, an actual server browser etc.

It’s the game, not the people.

        1. Not really no. Not when you consider other more popular games out there on PC that have up to a million or even 20m more. 5k is a drop in the bucket for a AAA shooter on PC and consoles, no matter how you try to say it’s bigger.

I have actually tried and tested TF1 and Battlefront game modes on and off over the years with TF1 and it’s become next to impossible to find full to the brim matches on TF1. battlefront is just as difficult when it comes to other game modes as well, same issue with trying to find full matches.

But in this day and age some have trained themselves to blame the user instead of the fact that the game sports a small user base and the fact that it didn’t sell well to begin with on certain platforms.

          1. Well if it had server browser it wouldn’t be a problem. I play 64 player shooter that often has sub 1000 players and I can always enjoy the game.

          2. If it had more players and everything else that is the standard, then it wouldn’t be in the mess it is in now.

Good for you, I can’t. I’m not you.
