Electronic Arts has just released a new trailer for Mass Effect: Andromeda. From the looks of it, this new trailer features in-engine footage from the new Mass Effect game.
Powered by the Frostbite 3 Engine, Mass Effect: Andromeda looks really beautiful. Still, we kind of hoped for a gameplay trailer (instead of one that is made of in-engine cutscenes).
In Mass Effect: Andromeda, players will navigate the uncharted reaches of the Andromeda Galaxy to unravel its mysteries, discover vivid alien worlds, and lead the charge to find a new home among the stars.
Electronic Arts hasn’t revealed any specific release date for this title, other than it is coming in Spring 2017.

Spring 2017 is only a few months away and EA is still unable to give us an exact release date makes me think it will get delayed to around the time of E3 2017.
I hope this game flops spectacularly, pandering to SJW’s should never be rewarded.

Most of the original ME employees have left the company. Now you have all these mentally ill SJWs working there. So their SJW “journalist” friends will probably rate the game highly just because of that. Then many of the thick ****s that read these pathetic sites (Polygon, RPS, Eurogamer and so on) will buy the game. Many of which are peasants, which makes sense if you think about it, because if they had any intelligence to begin with they’d be using PC and not using those sites.

To be fair base borderlands 2 was pretty good better attempt at humor than the first game, then it all went downhill from there.
I remember some crazy sjw mental breakdowns, honestly its like these people are parodies of themselves. The funny thing is that all those people are literal cucks, like REALLY cucks.
Hated the writing in Borderlands 2 and Pre sequel, I really loved the dark(not that dark…gritty maybe) humor and writing of Borderlands 1. As I played Borderlands 2…. .boy was I in for some major disappointment. The writing in 2 was so bad that eventually my tolerance grew thin and I just stopped playing that game altogether. So glad Anthony Burch left, his writing is garbage…. ..worthless garbage.
Borderlands 1 writer is on for Borderlands 3, so I am looking forward to that.
I am hoping the gaudy-ness was Burch’s doing. As for overly-cartoony colorful graphics.. ..well, we can fix them with enb and sweetfx either way, as for performance I don’t know. Besides the ‘physx’ everything ran fine even on the potato laptop.
The gameplay changes I cannot judge because the writing killed the game for me. After the second boss or something I just stopped cause it was intolerable.
I really hope the guy who wrote for 1 doesn’t try to emulate Burch’s sh*t writing. Man, reading your comment is getting me even more pessimistic.
I honestly dont see how borderlands 1 was funny, if the second game tried to hard the first did not tried at all. I actually found b2 to be a much better game in every way, it went downhill from there and i am not looking forward to another borderlands game EVER, why would i after dying light and shadow warrior 2?
BL1 wasn’t too funny, but the writing did make me go.. ooh! in places, it was appropriate for the setting. I simply cannot stand the writing BL2, I utterly despise it.
I am looking forward to BL3 cause I cannot play BL2 or Pre-sequel due to their pathetic writing.

That’s why I’m not excited for Andromeda. We all know gameplay in new Bioware games is nothing special. And after Inquisition we can all expect pandering simulator when it comes to story. I hope I’m wrong. I once loved Mass Effect franchise (before ME3’s ending and Dragon 2/3 fiasco)

Well, i want a sci fi open world game, if you got space fights and land on different planets that will be what, you know the game’s name, wasnt. If this is a open world game you will spend more time doing repetitive missions, you wont spend a lot of time talking to npcs telling you to check your privilege.
Bioware is not choice, bioware fears choice because actual choice means you can be the bad guy and thats not PC, bioware cannot allow you to do what you want, because what you want is not acceptable.
The fact this insane asylum dude is lead gameplay designer does not give me alot of hope and the fact these pathfinder dude that the trailer talks about is a mixture of all things, fighter, scientist janitor and the kitchen sink, hints towards how dumbed down this game will be.

Can’t say a bad word about EA. Today they add all 3 parts of original Mass Effect to BC on Xbox One. All for free as part of EA Access Vault. Plus both parts of Mirrors Edge – also for free for EA Access members.
They want 20 usd for one year of EA Access and we have 35 games for it. Less than 1 usd for game per year.

Quick guess, The Arks can work as Mass effect relays. Plan is to redistribute Milky way Races in other quadrants of space due to the damage left by the Reapers.Then Hook them all up again. I May be wrong, but that would explain how there are clearly other races from original trilogy in the cinematic trailer, despite the other saying each Ark contains a different species.
EA Confirmed that all three parts of original Mass Effect are now part of EA Access on Xbox One in BC! For free as part of EA Access Vault. Today EA also give as Mirrors Edge Catalyst for free in Vault (and original Mirrors Edge too).

LoL yep I know Bioware overuses their stories but to be honest I still find it satisfying. Bioware’s style of RPG storytelling has always been that you are a hero and the world depends on you and frankly they are one of the best at that.
That’s exactly what puts me off lol, I’m more of a “the world doesn’t care/doesn’t wait for you”. I don’t mind being the “hero of the land” once in a while but post D&D Bioware is all about that, it kinda sterilizes their stories a bit too much for me (granted I didn’t play all Bioware games to completion so, I’m kinda talking out of my @rse).
Their side content it is the good though, lots of world building. ?
The one thing I disagree with, largely because, in that specific case, “it’s the medium” stands too well, is Black Hermione.
I mean, we’ve spent the last 2000+ years casting men as women in theaters, & the better part of the last millennium with a white bloke as Othello “because even though he’s black, we can’t have a black guy on stage.”
Ergo sum; theater casting has always been…. unorthodox?
I mean sure we can always say a play as popular as Harry Potter “8” wouldn’t have had too much trouble casting a white girl regardless, but eh, it’s a play, not a movie.
