Ghost Games has confirmed that a new Need for Speed game will be released in 2017. While the team did not reveal much, it did claim that it will build upon the foundations that have been laid with Need for Speed in order to create its sequel.
As Ghost Games stated:
“We are now building upon the foundations that have been laid with Need for Speed and delivering our next game in 2017.”
Ghost Games also claimed that it won’t go quiet until this new Need for Speed game releases, and that it will continue working with its community.
“That’s not to say that we’re going quiet between now and then… far from it. We’ll be working with our community and there will be multiple opportunities to bring many of you into the studio in the coming months to get your feedback on where we’re headed.”
Ghost Games concluded that the feedback from the game’s community is already shaping the future of Need for Speed, and that this feedback will be also used for the new Need for Speed game.
In short, expect a teaser trailer for this new Need for Speed game at EA’s E3 2016 conference!

NFS 2015 (2016 on PC, I guess) was a huge let down.
Yet you were shilling about it before launch.
Go away.
F**k off, you are the idiot here for being a sheep like always and defending it, what’s next ? mirror’s edge is the next god you are worshiping now ?
Keep going buddy you’re making yourself look like a idiot
Ah, come on chimp, you have to shill for it just like what you did with the last one.
This is getting really old lol..
UNDERGROUND or die
when Forza Horizon hits PC it’s pretty much nighty night
Two completely different type of racing games.
Last time I looked Horizon doesn’t allow me to customize my tuner car and race in streets which NFS is aimed at.
The amount of great franchises that EA has destroyed is horrible.
So it’s going to be another always online, MP focused racer that will likely be delayed on PC by a near year and charged at £45+?, no thanks I’ll pass.
Because the last one was very good, oh wait… i guess we have more “Screenshot” news about it here than the game actually sold, yet creating hype out of nothing.
no one cares ,seriously no one.
That foundations suck !
I don’t like drive Train -> we need proper Car arcade physics on tha’ ROAD !
Old news 😀
