Ubisoft announced today that Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege has gone gold, and will be released as planned on December 1st. In order to celebrate this announcement, Ubisoft has also released a new trailer for Rainbow Six: Siege, dedicated on the Spetsnaz Siege operators, that can be viewed below.
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege puts players in the middle of lethal close-quarter confrontations. For the first time in a Rainbow Six game, players will engage in sieges, a new style of assault where enemies have the means to transform their environments into modern strongholds while Rainbow Six teams lead the assault to breach the enemy’s position.
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege promises to give players unprecedented control over their ability to fortify their position by reinforcing walls and floors, using barbed wire, deployable shields, laying mines and more, or breach the enemies’ fortifications using observation drones, setting charges, rappelling and more. The fast pace and uniqueness of each siege sets a new bar for intense firefights, strategic gameplay and competitive gaming.
Enjoy!

You can’t really make a game with both singleplayer and multiplayer modes excellent. So they picked one. IMO good decision.
Uhh… Yes, you can. You need to play some more good games.
What are games with both good single and not half-assed multi or vice versa? There are only few of them.
If R6 devs had focused on singleplayer, too, multiplayer would have been worse than it is now. That’s simple… They had $ X of budget, singleplayer costs something, doesn’t it? So they didn’t invest time and money in SP and delivered more polished multi.
Bf4 has singleplayer and a huge multiplayer and at this point its very good value at only $10 and a lot of people are still playing it
But its singleplayer is a bad, scripted Michael Bay’s movie. DICE was mainly focused on multiplayer and it’s visible.
value is still value, bf4 multiplayer is a lot bigger and better than siege and it costed EA more to make it and the single player is just a good addition on top of that but siege is just half-assed game with only 10maps and 3 modes and ubi is asking $60!! even recycle duty has more content that this the only game you can compare SIGE in terms of content is probably EVOLVE
A cake doesn’t have to have sh*tloads of ingredients to taste good and therefore be worth it.
Different strokes for different folks…
Then buy your cake’s ingredients separately when it will became repetitive after a month because that’s what everybody else who bought that cake will do after 1 month and you are gonna be in the same serves with them even if u dont have the ingredients they have.
I expect my cake to have at least basic ingredients and im not gonna lower my standards because of one cake.
BAD decision because ubisoft sucks on mp especially on netcode. R6 is about sp.
Uhhhh yeah they can, they have in every other game they made, I’m assuming that you are around 15 years old then… It’s all about single player… It’s called getting value for your money. This is a terrible idea
Don’t trust Ubisoft, just don’t
That means the game has gone gold half-assed and ubisoft didnt listen to the community,
a $60 multiplayer only game with only 10 maps! look what have come to…. great, wonderful!
Yeah, very expensive game. You HAVE to buy it in the day of release… I’m not so impatient, I can wait and buy it for $10.
When nobody plays it? spending money in a multiplayer only game when its dead is just wast of money. only hackers would play at that point
If it succeeds it won’t be dead so fast.
???
Nice, can’t wait.
Well, as it turns out, I am going to STRONGLY encourage everyone I know to either NOT purchase this game, or torrent the *** out of it….
Not because I don’t like it (I don’t – it has no campaign lol – but that’s not the point), but because Ubisoft has made yet another monumentally STUPID decision….
As of now, For Honor, a PC game many are looking forward to, has absolutely no keyboard and mouse support. At all.
LOL
Here’s what I think is gonna happen, if the game doesn’t come with a single player story. So What they will do is sell it in a DLC for the future, this way you have to buy the game and get all the maps and goodies with it. But since all the maps are included forever in the original price they will charge another $40 for the season pass and that will include a story over the next little while this way we are tricked into buying it
You mean that’s what you think they will try after a few months when they realize nobody was going to buy this at full price?
The suit who allowed this to happen needs to be fired, and hopefully the Tom Clancy name sold to a company who will actually do it some justice.
I agree, they totally botched this series and they seem to be proud of it. Well, that won’t be proud when it sells like sh*t.
