Worst game in the history as the optimization !!!!!!
I will try now i hope it will runs 60 FPS / Ultra /1080p
PS: I didn’t complain about the stutter was ok but the fps drop were extremly worse
Here we go again
Interesting, I am not having issues like that using a 4.7ghz i7-2600k and gtx 980. I run at ultra, except use smaa and get 65-110 fps using a 144hz monitor.
lol !!!!!!!
Sure optimized for Maxwell and R9 290/X!
F*uck Far Cry 4 the worst optimized game on the history made by Ubisoft!
I will play AC U that runs much better now with latest patches from a Ubi game !
Black Flag is that, can’t even keep 60fps, ACU runs better.
Ignore him. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen his whining. Any game that doesn’t run well on his outdated GTX 680 is horribly unoptimized in his eyes.
Are you still sad about your GTX 680?
Happy with GTX 680 and sad with Far Cry 4 with the shi*t optimization that Ubisoft made for it!
Wrong. The poor optimization is the fault of NVIDIA. The game runs fine on AMD hardware. It’s funny how a lowly R9 270X gets the same level of performance as the GTX 770 (which is a rebranded GTX 680).
cant wait gta v to come out.
me too man!!!!
to see how you gonna act when the port is bad
MUAHAHAHHAHAHAH
Joking aside it better work on launch. They had all the time in the universe.
All the Rockstar games worked extremly good for me 🙂
Not like Ubisoft ex: Far Cry bad optimization 4
lol testing it out… if the performance blows my socks off I will make a youtube video
channel name ?
my name just like my account on here… and no the update is nothing special so I am not wasting youtubes free bw lol
Incorrect info, uplay does not automatically download the patch. You have to launch the game in uplay and it will then prompt you to install a patch it then downloads.
that’s true unlike steam/origin that does “true” auto updates
For BF games maybe, but IIRC crysis 3 downloads 1.0 installer, then fullsize patches.
Yup reminds me when ubisoft said “if you complain abou fov you pirated it”
EHMM did it occur to you that uplay doesnt automaticly patch the game?
The worst game made by Ubisoft!
With all do respect Ubisoft f*uck off!
And again i will say if i will regret something in my life its the fact that i bought FC4!
I didnt like it that much either but it was 10x better than FC2.
I like FC2 10x more than I like SameGame McNewskin
Yeah Samegame Mcnewskin and all that, its the story of video games and happens with every genre. FC3 fixed everything wrong with FC2 and there was a lot wrong with it. FC4 was crap but it was without a lot of the hideous gameplay design problems of FC2.
I disagree. Far Cry 2 was a completely different design and Far Cry 3 a different one. There was nothing to “fix”. One was an african conflict simulator and the other is tropical island fun.
Not implying that’s bad, just that I much preferred Far Cry 2 over 3/4 because of the freedom if offered and how unforgiving it was. Stealth wasn’t made for babies and was really hard to master etc.
Disagree all you want, FC2 was an atrocious game.
“There was nothing to fix in Farcry 2”
…ok, im done here.
Yes, that’s how discussions are conducted, welcome to Earth.
Yes yes you said it about 10 times already here and on geforce dot com,
More like the best in a long time, the port is crap though.
yes random FPS drop, console feel when u move your mouse
At least they keep patching it… unlike Unity.
ACU is domed from the begining. Not a chance to repair it,they need to get the code from scratch.
Its like the Gtx 970 with 3.5GB Vram, cut off from the begining.
They can’t patch something that is broken at its core. The cost to repair this game is next to impossible. They will wait for DX12 and make a patch then. In DX11, you can’t fix it without taking so much that the backlash would be worst.
Shangri-freakin-La not only crashes the game “randomly”, but it freezes my damn system. How’s that acceptable for a 60 goddamndollars, AAA game in 2014/15?! And, no mention of it in this patch?! This company is beyond my comprehension…
Nvidia just confirmed that GTA V is a TWIMTBP TITLE! txaa, 4k, dsr
Where can I get a copy of the 1.8 patch files? I need to roll back from 1.9.
