Pokemon World – Free Fan-made Pokemon Game Powered By CRYENGINE – Alpha Video Released

YouTube’s member ’18T220′ is currently working on a Pokemon game that will be powered by Crytek’s engine and will be released for free. While this project is still in early development stage, 18T220 released a video from its current alpha version.

Pokemon World’s world will be made of 3 islands and each island will be over 4,000km2 in size (with 2 large cities, various small towns and places of interest).

I know, I know. Some of you will be put off by those motionless pokemon but asĀ 18T220 promised, character animations and a proper battle system will be implemented at a later stage.

Enjoy!

    1. Yea, i can’t imagine this getting very far at all. Nintendo will shut this down in a heartbeat.

    2. Totally agree, please think in the children they have enough pokemon in their lives.

  1. Nice work but how stupid is this guy. He knows Nintendo will never allow this and will shut him down. All that work for nothing. Unless he releases it illegally.

  2. Dude should’ve kept his mouth shut about it. Everyone knows any and all 3D Pokemon games like this get shut down immediately.

Work on it in secret, then release it without any announcement. Let the internet do the rest.
