Now, here is something that will please some of our readers. Modder ‘Safemilk‘ has just released the first alpha version of his RTX Remix Mod for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines. This mod will remaster the game with high-quality 3D models and Path Tracing effects. So, if you are a fan of it, you should definitely check it out.
This early alpha version makes many props and 3D objects look better. However, some parts of the game will still look unfinished. So, don’t expect the whole game to look amazing just yet. You might also see a few bugs or visual glitches while playing.
To give players an idea of what they can expect, the modder shared the following trailer. So, be sure to check it out. This trailer highlights some of the finished areas, like the diners. So, it can give you a pretty good idea of what these areas can look like with Path Tracing.
Those interested can download the mod from this link.
These past couple of days, we’ve shared a lot of RTX Remix Mods. So, you can find similar mods for Black Mesa, Star Wars Republic Commando, Star Wars Jedi Outcast, and Need for Speed: Underground.
In January 2024, we shared several RTX Remix Mods that are in the works. As such, you can take a look at screenshots and videos for Tomb Raider 2, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Manhunt, and Garfield Kart RTX Remix. Then, in February 2024, we shared videos for Need for Speed: Most Wanted, Unreal, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4 and Midnight Club 2. Be also sure to check out some early RTX Remix videos and screenshots for Fallout: New Vegas, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, COD 2, and Half-Life.
Speaking of Path Tracing Mods for older titles, you might also want to check out the following ones. Modders released demos for their Path Tracing Mods for Deus Ex, Tomb Raider, and Call of Duty 4. Do note that the COD4 Mod is a “proof of concept” demo, and it does not look that great. Let’s also not forget the RTX Remix for COD: WoW. And then we have the RTX Remix Mods for NFS: Underground 2, Painkiller, and Left 4 Dead 2. Oh, and don’t forget to try this RTX Remix for Unreal Tournament 2004. In September 2024, we also shared a new version of the RTX Remix Mod for Max Payne. Lastly, you can download these amazing Path Tracing Mods for Doom, Doom 2, Quake, and Serious Sam.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

This might be one of the best, if not THE best fanmade remaster I've ever seen.😃♥️
Besides the Elder Scrolls games, I guess.
And that's only v0.2.1…
I wish 3D models were improved similarly in games like Thief 2…
Too bad only the owners of a rtx 5090 can experience it.
Yeah but in a year or two even RTX 6070 owners will have RTX 5090 power.
I wouldn't count on anything like that. Since Nvidia's priorities have shifted to the AI craze their gaming GPUs have become sh*t. Using the 5070 as an example it is barely on par with a 4070 Ti and is 57% slower than a 4090.

I thought obvious joke channeling Jensen Huang was obvious. Sorry for making you write all that.
I have seem this story (read bs) before…
That looks impressive…the remastered models and textures with proper bump/normal maps looks amazing!
I thought the parent company of Bloodlines stated no graphical remakes or remasters allowed without their permission.
They have squashed other mod projects in the past.
Did something change?
