NVIDIA GeForce 576.52 WHQL Driver Is Available for Download

NVIDIA has released a new driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, the NVIDIA GeForce 576.52 WHQL driver adds official support for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060, which came out a couple of days ago. It also offers the best gaming experience in F1 25 and Dune: Awakening.

NVIDIA says that the new driver gives the best performance in NARAKA: BLADEPOINT, which now supports Full Ray Tracing. Usually, when NVIDIA says “Full Ray Tracing,” they mean Path Tracing. But in this case, the May 2025 Update does not add Path Tracing to the game. Instead, it adds Ray Tracing for Global Illumination and Reflections. This means the game will now have better lighting and more realistic reflections, but not the full Path Tracing effect. I don’t know why the green team used the term “Full Ray Tracing” here. What I can say, though, is that this isn’t Full Ray Tracing.

This driver also comes with a number of bug fixes. For instance, it fixes some crashes that could occur in F1 23 and F1 24. It also resolves a crash that could happen in SCUM. Diablo II Resurrected will no longer display black screen corruption when using DLSS. Plus, Shader disk cache can now be created with certain games if OS username contains unicode characters.

Now, let’s take a look at the known issues. Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut still suffers from some flickering issues around light sources. On the other hand, Cyberpunk 2077 will crash when using Photo Mode to take a screenshot with Path Tracing. Then we have EA Sports FC 25, which can randomly crash during gameplay. And, finally, Forza Horizon 5 still has some stability issues. The game may crash after extended gameplay.

As I’ve said numerous times, you can skip this driver if you are not interested in the above games. If, on the other hand, you want to keep your system up to date, you can go ahead and download the driver from this link. Below, you can also find its complete changelog.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

  1. Performance degradation is still there. Stay away from this drivers made by AI

  2. How much did they break for 40 series and below to entice 50 series upgrades this time? Nvidia driver-team seems to be made of ai bots and clowns nowadays – Or they have a greedy ceo who make sure they don't have adequate resources for the job at hand.

Either way, i think its high time to take a real look at nvidia and judge whenever they are a benefit to PC gaming or not nowadays – If the mainstream dies due to price-gauging gpu makers who cant even get their sh*t drivers together – It will hurt everyone no matter what rig your on as it will result in less install base meaning less good games.

      1. You are the exception not the rule sadly it seems. I'm on a 4080 Super and had to toll back 2 drivers to stable again. It's a joke that makes me wish I'd gone AMD with my friends for all the lore about AMD drivers people I know are having a easy time if they're on them

      2. same 0 problem the previous driver but doom was the only game causing problems and it showed an alert to update driver at launch so i had to update it to the last one and everything smooth since then

    1. Nothing is going to kill PC gaming. Console gaming? Could be screwed just like it was in the 80's outside Nintendo. Triple A gaming is collapsing and hemorrhaging money and price increases on their games isn't going to help. Why PC is immune? Because you will see the same thing that happened in the 1980's and 90's. Smaller devs with actual talent that make good games and that can release their game through things like Steam. We have former Ubisoft devs, former CDPR leads, former OLD Bioware leads all making games right now.

I would bet on Sony going under before PC Gaming lol. Their game division is now as incompetent as their movie division, got hijacked by the same "druckmann's" and Japanese devs with talent have gone multiplat and South Korea took over electronics which means Sony has nothing else to sell you with an ulterior motive like MS does. MS wants you on a stupid netflix gaming service or on their data collection OS. Sony dies if they stop making good games. Good luck ever getting half of your money back on Naughty Dog's next game and if you want to know how clueless Sony is, they thought a Alloy MMO was a good idea. Between that and Druckmann and their failed DEI shooters they have thrown away a half a billion at least.

  3. This driver brings back the black screen issue for me on the 5080. Had to roll back a few to get stable again.

What the hell is going on at Nvidia?

    1. Try DDU in safemode make sure it deletes the Nvidia folder in options, shader cache, Vulkan stuff etc.

DDU is always worth running after a GPU upgrade, major revisions for drivers, new features like the Nvidia App.

        1. Yeah DDU is a biggie. In an ideal world MS as a paid OS would be making these troubleshooters and automatically delete everything but the Nvidia/AMD settings in and x4x.xx revision or higher, but then again MS would prob screw it up or force updates or something so stupid I can't fathom it atm.
