Team Megamix Mania just dropped an awesome mod for Sonic Mania Plus that’s a total must-have for classic Sonic fans. This mod lets you play as six different characters from the Sonic world, and it adds cool new artwork, music, and levels.
In Sonic Megamix Mania, you’ll get to play in two cool game modes: Classic Mode and Megamix Mode. Classic Mode takes the levels from the ‘Sonic Megamix’ Rom-Hack and makes them even better with top-notch artwork and improved level design. On the other hand, Megamix Mode takes the original Rom-Hack’s cool ideas and puts a fresh twist on them. This mode has brand-new art, music, levels, and exciting surprises.
Sonic Megamix Mania will feature 12 Classic Mode Acts and The Final Fight, as well as 8 Megamix Mode Acts.
In this mod, you can play as some cool characters from the Sonic world. There’s Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, and Mighty the Armadillo. And guess what? Each of these characters has awesome new moves and super cool abilities.
You can go ahead and download Sonic Megamix Mania from this link.
If you’re into Sonic fan games, check out these other cool ones. Project ’06 is a fan-made version of the Sonic 2006 game, and Sonic Project Hero is a free 3D Sonic game made in Unity Engine. You can also grab Open Sonic, a 16-bit remake of Sonic Triple Trouble, and then there’s Sonic 3D in 2D, Sonic Omens, Sonic Robo Blast 2, Sonic 3 A.I.R., and Sonic 2 HD Demo for more Sonic fun.
Speaking of Sonic fan games, we also suggest taking a look at these others. Project ’06 is a fan remake of the Sonic 2006 game, whereas Sonic Project Hero is a free 3D Sonic game in Unity Engine. You can also download Open Sonic, a 16bit remake of Sonic Triple Trouble, Sonic 3D in 2D, Sonic Omens, Sonic Robo Blast 2, Sonic 3 A.I.R., and Sonic 2 HD Demo.
Have fun!

Beautiful
I was 6 years old when I played Sonic, I felt miserable and depressed.
Disgusting games.
Up to a point I feel sympathy for you, 6 years old and felt such emotions.. Its a miracle you are still alive.
I’m alive only because I got your mom pregnant at a young age, and this is how you repay your father, with insults and snide.

Repost the same neckbeard image as a reply to yourself then take off the clown outfit.
Mate, you can’t even make a joke sound funny. Your words just sound stupïd.
Look at your mom’s saggy tyts if you’re looking to laugh at something.
Now this is a good one.
LMAO
How is this funny exactly?
Very nice!
How TF are modders making way better sonic games than Sega? smh
Excuse you, you lousy degenerate, but Sonic Superstars looks to be a very worthy entry to the franchise, why count that out just because it uses 3d graphics? SMH. Also, Sonic Frontiers is a really good game. Fangames are great, but I have faith that Sonic will finally be in a better position once more.
Sorry, you’re just a lousy idiot with a terrible mindset, I pity you!
So how do we install the mod? There’s no guidance on the mod’s website or any text file included with the download.
No art direction whatsoever.
Most sonic fangames are plagued by the same problem: it just looks like some 2D assets put together randomly. I’ve seen worse though.
Also… I see in the longplay that some of the most annoying Sonic Mania bosses are being used? Nah thanks.
Looks like an excellent fangame, well done!
