Respawn has just released Patch 7 for Star Wars Jedi Survivor, and shared its complete changelog. According to the release notes, the Star Wars Jedi Survivor Update 7 brings additional performance and optimization improvements to PC, and adds official support for DLSS.
From the looks of it, the game will only support DLSS 2 and not DLSS 3 Frame Generation. As such, RTX 40 series owners will still have to rely on PureDark’s DLSS 3 Mod. But hey, at least we can now use DLSS 2 in order to get a better image quality. As we reported a while ago, the game looked significantly better with the DLSS 2 Mod.
UPDATE:
This patch adds support for both DLSS 3 Super Resolution and DLSS 3 Frame Generation. As such, PC gamers won’t have to use PureDark’s DLSS 3 Mod. Since the game now officially supports DLSS 3, we’ll be sure to re-test it, so stay tuned for more!
I also hope that this patch fixes the crash issues that could occur in Jedha when using Ray Tracing. The release notes do not list it, so it will be hilarious if this bug is still there. And if it’s still present, let’s at least hope that this mod will work with this latest version of Jedi Survivor.
As always, Steam will download Update 7 for Star Wars Jedi Survivor the next time you launch its client. Below you can also find its complete changelog.

Reflex and frame gen also added according to Reddit. Haven’t checked it out myself yet but that would be sweet.
can you tell about the real world performance after the update?
Yeap, updated the article. I’ll be sure to re-test the game with DLSS 3 Frame Generation.
an excellent target for empress
And the official version sucks with lots of ghosting and smearing. I’ll stick with PureDark’s.
Is FSR2 the same dogshit FSR 2.0.0 implementation they shipped at launch? Have they improved that in any way?
thats fantastic news!
DLSS, also know as a band aid for Denuvo and UE4 shader compilation stuttering
stutters happen whit or without dlss, dlss just decrease the gpu load, assets still need to be loaded even in 480p causing stutters
And lets not forget the abysmal cpu utilization in most pc games
These guys will do literally anything, except addressing CPU performance
@JohnDio:disqus Screw them wookiees and fake frames, EA and Codemasters just dropped the reveal trailer for the new WRC game.
yeah but can’t all these fsr2 to dlss replacers work in any game not just the ones they’re uploaded for? And don’t like that standard pic of a red haired trannyman yuk.
Damnit, of course right after I bought it on Xbox..
the level of feminism and white male hate in this game is biblical
nice ! i just finished the game a week ago 🤣🤣🤣
Its amazing to play games on PC, they will now release dlss but not fix actual problems with the game, truly state of pc gaming is beyond f*ked up
