Electronic Arts and Ascendant Studios announced today that Immortals of Aveum will release on July 20th on PC via EA App, Steam and Epic Games Store. In order to celebrate this announcement, the teams have also shared the game’s debut trailer that you can find below.
Immortals of Aveum is a single-player magic FPS that is set in an original fantasy universe engulfed in magic, rife with conflict, and on the edge of the abyss. Players will experience this visceral and cinematic, story-driven game through the eyes of Jak. Jak will join an elite order of battlemages, master all three colors of magic – blue, green, and red – and decimate legions of enemies with clever chained attacks and well-timed counters.
Bret Robbins, CEO and Game Director at Ascendant Studios, said.
“I’m incredibly excited to finally show the world Immortals of Aveum. It’s been a five year journey for us at Ascendant, and I’m so proud of the team and their commitment to making something great. We set out to create a cinematic, thrilling shooter set in a new fantasy world, with fast and fluid combat and an epic story. I can’t wait for everyone to play it.”
Jeff Gamon, General Manager of EA Partners, also added.
“EA Originals champions individuals and teams who have disruptive creative visions for their games. Ascendant had us hooked when we saw how they had woven magic so seamlessly through fast-paced FPS combat, set against an action packed story we just wanted to keep reading. Bret built an incredibly talented team whose unrelenting passion for creating original, AAA games, deep lore and telling imaginative new stories is on full display in Immortals of Aveum.”
Enjoy!

Looks like a game made from leftover assets of dragon age inquisition. That color palette makes me want to puke.
huh, I liked the comment of our domestic DSOG leftard. seeems like your drug dealer started supplying you with less toxic drugs and you occasionally have human opinions.
All it takes to appeal to someone like you is to talk sh*t about games and copy paste the most surface level brain dead political take found on any part of the internet. You should avoid using words like rytard and leftard and make sheep noises instead.
the truth is sometimes very simple. just like your arrogant POS commie mind
““EA Originals champions individuals and teams who have disruptive creative visions for their games.”
HAHAHAHHAH disruptive as black female mentors and bulky strong women squad leader.
Seriously, it’s all so cookie-cutter ESG stuff. So many game trailers over the past few years have had these types of characters in them. The generic fantasy style doesn’t help either.
Thought it was going to say “This is rupture farms”.
But ye, that looks bad…
ARGB: The Gayme
why is combat so flashy and loud? I guess because of short zoomer attention span? when you’re a broccoli-head zoomer snowflake you need lots of impulses to feel alive. Like a moth attracted to light, zoomers need 300 visual and audio effects at once to not collapse under the weight of their made up mental health issues. EA will make lots of zoomer sheckels
because she has the smackiest lips
Sure you are not confusing her with Debra Wilson?
Frankly I’m shocked she didn’t show up in this one. When she finds out she missed out on this role her agent is going to get it!
no idea what was going on in this trailer, but this is an easy pass. looks doa.
Cuz she’s an ugly black woman and the left loves that sh*t. Great for their ESG score.
Ain’t trusting EA with this one. Keeping expectations low, tho luckily it isn’t $70 bull, seeing as I ain’t buying a game for that price until devs learn to pump out actually good games and stop pushing woke BS onto us for that ESG score.
jews
Generic shlt filled with unnecessary big lip people.
Paaaaaaaaaaaaassss
This is the woman from Firefly. Even still the game looks generic and stupid.
Nah, this is Gina Torres from Firefly like IrregularJohn said. You’re thinking of Debra Wilson.
Looks like the refugees from Thug Shaker Central have arrived …….
CGI and some gameplay footage that looks like 540p and FOV 30-40, literally. And the Mad TV woman is in it as well, or at least she’s in the CGI cutscenes. What is up with her being shoved in every game for the past 5 years??
