It appears that the official trailer for The Last of Us Part I has been leaked online. According to the trailer, The Last of Us will be finally coming to PC. However, it will not release simultaneously with its PS5 version.
The Last of Us Part I is described as a total overhaul of the original experience. The game will incorporate modernized gameplay, improved controls and expanded accessibility options. Additionally, it will have improved effects and enhanced exploration and combat.
Naughty Dog claims that it has rebuilt the game for PS5 and PC. As said, the PC version will release after the PS5 version (which comes out on September 2nd).

And the first game did not need a remake at all. The game (that’s not even 8 years old) already got a pretty well made PS4 port with enhanced PS4 pro settings, and with the PS5’s ability to play PS4 games PS5 only owners wouldn’t be missing out. All they had to do is do a port to PC with some enhancements here and there. But I’m guessing in true h33b fashion, he’s going to add in more pozz because he just can’t help himself from ruining things from the past even further, like so many of his kind does.
