The burn this game produced me made it so that even though I bought both expansions I can’t make myself play them.

SSD prices haven’t come down in years due to Korea and Japan’s monopoly. Samsung and Kioxia have the SSD market in a strangehold.
So I want smaller patches until 2TB SSD acutally become affordable. (actual good SSD, not that QLC NAND crap that breaks after a year)
I play in 1080p. I do not want 4k textures. Give me the option to ignore 4k textures.
They need to make 4k textures free DLC again.
The last game I played were it was optional was warhammer chaosbane.
Not sure what you are on about, Prices are not that bad for SSD’s.
7 years ago I paid over AU$700 for a 1TB Samsung 960 pro, Built new pc a few weeks ago and I paid AU$479 for a Samsung 980 pro 2TB.
Nearly half the price for double the storage and well over double the speed!
if you think that not even half the price after 7 years is “good”, you must be new to PC
in the 90s HDD prices more than halved EVERY 6 months, my first HDD was 250MB, you read that right, MEGABYTES
You will cry but the 980 pro have less endurance than the old 960 pro (per tb) and even less so vs the 970 pro since they watered down the 980 “pro” to TLC from dual bit cells – Some call that MLC but it stands for multi-bit cells IE anything above one bit so actually encompasses Dual, TLC and QLC (and god help us – even more bits….)
Meh… Origins is better.
Piracy can hardly kill any company nowadays, the pay pigs won. I’ll keep on pirating aniway because why not?
It’s the first title in Assassin’s Creed franchise to surpass 1 billion dollars. Of course, they’re gonna support it.
No minor performance update like in all ubisoft copy&paste patch notes ?
I could care less what they add to this game until they add in New Game + if it doesn’t have that then I’m not spending a dime until it does
This game has been out for well over a year and they are only now getting rid of all that jank. Game development these days. Smh.
Just want dlss
The micro transactions in those games are possible the worst I’ve ever seen. You could upgrade all your weapons and armour but materials needed to be harvested. It was incredibly boring but you could buy packs of reaources from the MTX shop. Absolutely digraceful. Pirate only lads.
Its part of a roadmap. They wanted to get out all the announced DLCs first, then they hunker down and start consistently releasing these patches and maintain the illusion that the game is being supported even X+ years later.
Its a smart way to keep their IPs in the SEO News Cycle and the games remain relevant in the collective conscious of gamers.
A good example: No Man’s Sky has completely revatilized its brand by consistently releasing updates and what not.
I can assure, based on this, the sequel will sell a sh*t tonne.
Still no physics update…
