Ubisoft is currently giving away for free the best Splinter Cell game, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. From today and until November 25th, PC gamers can acquire their free copy from Ubisoft Store.
Chaos Theory is set in 2008; the Japanese economy has collapsed and evidence indicates that it was due to a virus originating from South Korea. The Japanese request American assistance – and Sam Fisher is sent deep into hostile territory, to collect critical intelligence just inches from his worst enemies.
You can acquire your free copy from here. Below you can also find the game’s key features.
Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Chaos Theory Key Features
- Ten levels of single player international espionage – each one contains multiple paths to complete the primary and secondary objectives.
- The introduction of an on and offline co-op mode – four levels in which you use teamwork to complete your objectives.
- You can now choose whether to enter your level with either a stealth or an assault package, or a mixture of both.
- New moves – Sam now carries a knife which comes in handy to threaten enemies, and to cut through thin barriers; if hanging over an enemy he can grab them and either knock them out or snap their neck.
- A multi-tiered alert system, so spies can stay hidden more easily.
Have fun!

This was da real shhh! back in the day. HDR, high res textures, awesome animation, etc. Sadly Fortnite and Pubg mobile kids will never get to play this jewel of gaming.
Best Splinter Cell hands down, probably my favorite stealth game ever.
Best stealth game ever created, don’t forget to use ThirteenAG widescreen patch and hex-edit the “splintercell3.exe” file found on “path-to-game/system” to fix broken dynamic shadows on widescreen resolutions, follow these steps : https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/a649911b6aa9011f59d2b5f5bdd44e336fcd03638ecaeea298bbaf0b5d886394.jpg
No one likes GOG , get over it
You must be a librarian
if you can buy the game on GOG then it is the best place to get them lol.
Already own it on steam
do you know why that game cant be sold? Because you kill a mossad agent at some point, so the people who controls the banks dont let them release it.
Oh yes sure all the banks in the world are being controlled by someone and of course video game developers are under the influence of this shadowy figure – especially where the dev released the game in the first place.
yes
I have the torrented version to avoid the ubiwoke plateform.
Best Splinter Cell game, got this and Splinter Cell 1 installed via RPCS3. Runs flawlessly.
Ah Xbox controller support, I had trouble getting xinput working with the PC releases.
Especially 2003 one.
The F**k is Ubisoft Connect ? last i opened their crappy client it was Uplay.
same thing. just a new name. at least it is not a completely new app like what EA did with EA desktop and Origin.
It’s Uplay with rainbow colours.
It’s the same (literally) just different name.
I have Splinter 1-4 installed on my PC right now, with all the widescreen patches, and Reshade RTGI and EAX surround sound running in 4k! Excellent set of stealth games, and ofcourse Chaos Theory is the best! Still looks stellar as well and has aged really well!
Guys, Splinter Cell Double Agent is also free for Japan region
