Days Gone Patch 1.04 released, allows you to turn off Data Collection

Bend Studio has released a brand new update for the PC version of Days Gone. According to the team, patch 1.04 adds an option to turn off Data Collection. In order to do that, you’ll have to select “Limited Data”.

Moreover, this update adds mouse interactivity to the repair/refuel icons. It also fixes some decal rendering issues, including tire tracks and footprints. Furthermore, it fixes some crashes and removes Audio Device Auto-Detect.

As always, Steam will download this patch the next time you launch its client. Below you can also find its complete changelog.

    1. You can’t change outfits. His clothing changes a little during the game but you have no control over it.

  1. So they were collecting data on people without warning and option to turn that off?
    Someone gonna be sued for this, especially in EU where you have an aggressive GDPR system.

  2. Well they dont much need data collection any longer. The module served its purpose – game”s launch” and now they give you tge the option to turn it off ?
