Sonic Movie

The sequel of the movie Sonic the Hedgehog has now an official title

Sonic the Hedgehog is a live-action movie based on the famous character from Sega. The movie was a big success, despite the “curse” of video game movies. It generated nearly 210 million dollars in the first ten days. Meaning that a sequel was almost certain, and it is.

Paramount Pictures recently released a video announcing the official title. The title is…Sonic the Hedgehog…2. Mind blowing I know. Still, it’s probably better to keep it clean and simple. Hopefully the sequel will be as good as the original. Which wasn’t perfect, but it was definitely fun.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 will release on April 8th, 2022. Director Jeff Fowler will return for the sequel, along with screenwriters John Miller and Pat Casey. It’s also confirmed that James Marsden will return as well.

Furthermore, Ben Schwartz will be the voice of Sonic once again. As of right now, we do not know if Jim Carey will return to play Dr. Robotnik. Hopefully he will, since he was pretty good in the first movie.

  1. Oh cool, surprisingly enough, my fiancee asked me if we could see sonic together which shocked me half to death but im glad she did because I definitely didnt have enough faith in it to see it with my buddies but it was actually a really fun time. Looking forward to the sequel now. Maybe another decent pokemon movie like we got with Detective Pikachu can be next?

  2. Thanks for this bit of PC gaming news s/

Didn’t know Sonic was jewish, but makes sense considering how sega is ghey and the cultural impact (read degeneracy) on Sonic fans.
