First official Crysis Remastered gameplay trailer coming on July 1st

Crytek has just announced that the first official gameplay trailer for Crysis Remastered will release on July 1st. This trailer will showcase the game’s graphics, and will give us an idea of the graphical improvements that this remaster will bring to the table.

Crysis Remastered will feature high-quality textures and improved art assets, temporal anti-aliasing, SSDO, SVOGI, and state-of-the-art depth of field. Moreover, it will pack new light settings, motion blur, and parallax occlusion mapping, as well as new particle effects.

Further additions such as volumetric fog and shafts of light, software-based ray tracing, and screen space reflections will also provide the game with a major visual upgrade.

From what we know so far, Crysis Remastered will release later this Summer. My guess is that this gameplay trailer will also reveal the game’s release date. Crytek has also stated that pre-orders will open on July 1st.

We expect Crysis Remastered to look significantly better than its vanilla version. Moreover, it will be interesting to see whether there will be a huge graphical improvement over Crysis Enhanced Edition; a mod that introduces several graphical enhancements to the base game.

Stay tuned for more!

    1. look … are you insane? really because *remaster* is a new word used to cover the old one *HD* it brings nothing new, absolutely nothing, people feeding devs by wanting *remasters* is idiotic…if we gamers want reposted game at least ask for remake or redux

That garbage doesent belong in pc gaming. They can gladely keep that trash for consoles to hide their weaknesses 😀

        1. LOL yeah, and these POS consoles surely needs all Blur in the world to hide the imperfections and low fps 😀

I don’t expect much from this Remaster (or any to be honest), specially because of what Crysis represents.
