It appears that the lineup for Intel’s 10th generation Comet Lake desktop CPUs has been leaked. According to the slide, which appears to be coming straight from Intel, the blue team is preparing twelve CPU models.
Going into more details, these desktop CPUs will be based on the 14nm+++ node and the high-end model will be the Intel Core i9 10900KF. This CPU will feature 10 cores, will support 20 threads via Hyper Threading, will offer a 5.2Ghz single core frequency and 4.6 multi-core frequency via Turbo Boost and will be priced at $499.
The second high-end i9 model, the Intel Core i9-10900F will also feature 10 cores and 20 threads, will have a default base clock of 3.2Ghz, will turbo boost at 5.1Ghz on a single core and at 4.4Ghz on all cores, and will be priced at $449.
Intel will also offer a third i9 model, the Intel Core i9-10800F. Similarly to the other models, the i9-10800F will have 10 cores and 20 threads. However, its default base clock speed will be at 2.7Ghz, its single-core turbo boost will be at 5.0Ghz and its multi-core turbo boost will be at 4.2Ghz. This 10-core CPU will be priced at $409.
What’s also interesting about Intel’s upcoming 10th generation CPUs is that all of them will support Hyper Threading (at least based on the slide). Intel was criticized by a lot for disabling Hyper Threading in specific CPU models in its 9th generation desktop CPUs and for good reason. Thanks to AMD’s competition, though, it appears that the blue team will enable Hyper Threading on all of its CPUs, even on its low-tier Intel Core i3 10100 model.
Those interested can find below all of Intel’s 10th generation Commet Lake CPUs. Kudos to our reader Metal Messiah for bringing this to our attention.
Thanks Computerbase

Stil 14nm? Embarrassing.
not bad it can replace my 4790k
Serious question; Why not just go with Ryzen 3000?
becuase AMD https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/990c93efbdbbef945cab291bb5b78d53e3d8015875a1831e6b2913463978bcd4.jpg
It is fake
someone’s getting upset.
This is not wccftech.. Act accordingly.
Amen, that place is a cesspool of contagious autism.
I only just recently put WCCF to my bookmarks, only to find out that the comment section is a fkin REDDIT cesspool of idiots jerking each others off….
I never imagined I would see lefties infesting a god damn tech site.
The articles are pretty good, but that comment section is unlike anything I have ever seen.
what’s wcfetch?
Kim be like https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/156ac54f954b870c7e5fa56635646051918adff03dd8ba6fd9831baa26f99412.png
This is kinda fake….
First its to cheap for intel
Second DDR4 shoud be faster like 4400mhz
+ no PciE 4? Nani dafaq?
Current Coffee Lake officially supports only 2600 MHz for example.
https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/38155f711e73d4d57981fe5bf448f849e134ac48517672151b502b4eef77a1ba.png
Then what is this?
Support for RAM that is considered overclocked. As you can see, only speeds up to 2666Mhz are considered standard, everything above that has the (OC) mark.
OFFICIAL support, dullard.
I mean i’m not arguing it’s probably a fake, but “Second DDR4 shoud be faster like 4400mhz” What the fck does this mean, do you actually have any idea what you’re talking about?
Nope… Fake news. 🙂
14nm++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
14nm????
LOL

Why AMD still can’t beat the i9 9900k. They are probably holding back as usual just like Nvidia. No real competition.
beat it in what way? There are many benchmarks where AMD beats Intel.
Yes there are a some but in gaming very few.
They are often very near
Yes and I think once the ps5 comes out with the ryzen cpu we gonna see much better gaming performance on pc because optimization should be easier.
I wouldn’t bet on that.
Why does it have to beat it if it presents better value?
3900X is not a gaming CPU lol, why do you shills always try to portray AMD in the worst possible scenario.
Who even mentioned the 390X shilly?
Uhm…I did….as I said that Ryzen 3900X already beats or matches 9900k lol….
Nope, unless of course you cherry pick.
This time Intel needs cherry picking to even remotely look good kid 😀 Denial is strong with you, or you just haven’t really followed the benchmarks.
This is quite the normal thing for every company.
Sad, but it is.
They just did…..AMD beats 9900k with Ryzen 3900X
As far as I’m concerned, there’s 2 use cases for Intel processors in the current market:
-Pro gamers who use 240hz monitors and absolutely need every last frame possible
-Workloads where Quick Sync is completely necessary
That second one is completely eliminated on the 10 core models due to 14nm+++ nodes not being able to accommodate an iGPU with the alocated die space.
While some may favor Intel still for the gaming performance, most of the high end models are still gonna be furnaces. Couple that with the security concerns, new platform cost, and lack of features vs AMD, and I’d still pick the 3600 or 3700X for most users.
“Couple that with the security concerns…..”
One of my primary concerns indeed. At this rate, you’ll soon need patches for your patches, to fix Intel’s security blunders.
I’d add emulation to the list because Intel CPUs are typically much better than AMD for various emulators. Especially so those using OpenGL.
Has anyone tested Ryzen 3000 for emulation?
I’ve not seen it yet if they have. On the plus side, some emulators (but not all) have or are working toward offering Vulkan API support which will level the playing field somewhat.
As of July 10th 2019….. CEMU performs best on Intel CPU’s period, and I promise no to upvote myself. And for the record I root for the little guy (AMD) but the numbers are out there, and as Bub said most emulators perform better with Intel.
lol. Which build?
Upvoting yourself again. smh
Nah, even if it is real, I’m not touching 14nm. I’m still waiting to see if Intel’s genuine proposed 10nm may leak, and what it looks like, but if it’s another 14nm refresh, then I’m 100% AMD this gen.
Nah lol, I need eight DIMM slots .
14+++ lol
And a new socket??! Intel f*king over its users
again
Kaby: 14+
Coffe: 14++
Coffe Refresh: 14+++
10th gen: 14++++*
What else is new?
another chaotic lineup, still on 14nm, intel still have the nerve to make Locked SKUs
hahaha, another chipset and new socket, yet still PCIE 3.0
intel clean ur lineup, get rid of the locked CPUs mentality
Still i can’t lie, this competition in CPU space is getting fierce, intel will be selling 8cores/16threads that will probably beat ryzen 3700x at the same price
and 10 cores/20 threads at 409$
and maybe AMD will lower their 12core part aswell
this is really good, Intel & AMD are fighting like rabbid dogs now awesome
Intel Core i9 10900KF? I’m not saying that Ryzen has Intel in full-on panic mode but their CPU nomenclature is now the proverbial ‘over 9000’! ?
Also, will a future iteration of 10900KF with improved cooling be the 10900KFC? ?
LOL My thoughts almost exactly. Some good laughs here.
Gotta have a chuckle about these things before the dimwitted and salty fanboys rock up with their usual bickering and nonsense!
Exactly, I can only imagine how much of an inferno these new chips will be (at least for 8 & 10 core models). It’s also worth mentioning that because of how big the 10 core dies are going to be, there’s no package space left for an iGPU, meaning the highest end models lose one of their biggest production workload advantages without Quick Sync.
That and Intel needs to more seriously get 10nm working because TDP under boost will be insane on this new CPU, probably 200W. And ANOTHER new socket? GTFO of here.
Those specs for the 10th gen Core i5 and i7s look really nice for a home gaming/productivity build though. The i5 would basically be an updated 8700K.
LOL nicely put! 😀
But dude! They literally are in a panic mode…they are releasing a new CPU every year which is nothing but a rehashed prev gen with more transisters and cores, hence more inefficient!

Intel fanboys after the stomping that just occured

14nm++ 9900k is still the best gaming CPU, if this leak is true the gap will widen again in favor of Intel.
thank you for your valuable input like always fernando.
Strange to see you say something factual for once
Ehhhhh, I’m pretty sure that 3600X matches 9900K in most of the games.
Skylake tech for another year, lmao.
There was no doubt Sunny Cove wouldn’t launch earlier than 2021-2022, haha.
Ryzen 4000 next year will stomp all over this 10th gen, lol.
I’m sure Ryzen 3000 already stomps this gen 😀
“Leaked” lol. I’d leak some fluff for the press, too, if my competitor almost caught up and underbid me value-wise. This is an official Intel release just using the “leak” channel to generate better clickbait.
blablabla it’s way too early… and what ??? A new SOCKET again ??? What a bunch of pieces of trash. Just for this reason, they can shove it really really deep in their f* a*, my next CPU will be AMD for sure.
Hmmm not
BTW Intel can burn in hell with their new socket every 2 gen… I will not encourage these f* criminals again…
So summer 2020: Intel 10th gen being obliterated by Ryzen 4000/Zen3 on 7+ nm. Lmao.
don’t forget it comes with all the security flaws that are being updated every month
have fun
I reading all over the net this is fake, but even Forbes posted it.
edit. And everyone is complaining about it still being 14nm. This isnt news. Intel HAS 10nm, but only low end models for mobile. Their 10nm desktop CPUs are no where close to ready. They said late 2020 or even 2021 for the for the first 10nm desktop CPUs so this is no surprise at all. Disappointing for sure, but not a surprise.
Anyone in computers know it’s GHz, not Ghz.
Gaming benchmarks say hi
5 fps difference (in couple of games, not all of them) against 150+ dollar difference in price, much higher TDP, older architecture and etc. . Wow…
Exatly how Intel fanbois operate. ” B b b but 5more FPS! INTEL ROFLSTOMPS AMD FOR SURA YALL!”
Ahahah so true, thanks, I had a good laugh
Oh you mean the ones that AMD either matches or BEATS intel with?
Hi!
And the plot thickens
This is sad and pathetic! Its like when an ego-centric individual loses an argument, they make sh*t up just to sound relevant!
10900KF Horrible….HORRRRRRRIBLE fkin name!
LOL
“Leaked” you mean released by Intel in order to give their fanboys hope that they have any competition towards AMD with their next CPU line?
What a joke!
