Bungie has released a brand new update for Destiny 2. According to the release notes, the March update 1.1.4 brings faster movement, new weapon buffs and balance tweaks, weekly rotating crucible playlist and unique weekly nightfall strike rewards.
Furthermore, this update increases assist and kill credit time from 2 seconds to 2.5 seconds and super energy granted to players for both kills and assists in all modes. It also adds invisible physics and kill volumes to keep players inside the intended playable area on a number of maps in Crucible.

How nice, the unfortunate people who bought the game get to go from moving in molasses to moving in wet sand. Still not going to help the that the game is awful for reasons far beyond movement and damage balance.
I wonder how many people who bought the game will still be there in September for the big patch to finally play the game they were supposed to get at launch.
A lot of people who hated vanilla Destiny 1 came back for The Taken King in September when they heard the game got good. I anticipate the same happening.
