CD Projekt RED and NVIDIA have released a new ‘behind the scenes’ video for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, showing off some of the game’s PC graphical features. In this video, executive producer John Mamais shows us the work that has gone into the PC version of The Witcher 3. The Witcher 3 will support NVIDIA GameWorks, HairWorks, HBAO+, Destruction, and PhysX Clothing. Enjoy!

If every PC Gamer buys this game, it will easily outsell GTA V. Lets make it happen, there is no PC game more deserving of a purchase than The Witcher 3. They have done everything right to earn our money.

the game is being released on PS4 and X1 at the same time because Witcher 2 didn’t sell well enough on PC. but that was a different time and Witcher wasn’t as popular. plus 2011 was so hardcore for RPGs. lots of competitions. we probably got Dark Souls 1 on PC thanks to all the 2011 RPGs so not many bought it on PS3.
i want to believe that Witcher 3 will stay on Steam sale’s top list as number 1 when it hits the stores for a long time. i want to believe PC gaming has matured. please people support it on GoG or Steam people if you like PC gaming. otherwise if it is outsold by consoles they will move to consoles more and next thing you know Cyberpunk 2077 turns into a console exclusive. Witcher 3 deserves to have huge sales on PC. not the stupid DayZ….
Witcher 2 sold more than their expectations on PC. Xbox 360 didn’t even come close. Please don’t tell me you believe that PR bullsh*t that it was pirated 4.5 million times. The most pirated game of 2011 was Crysis 2 and it was leaked 3 months before the release of actual game and it was pirated 3.8 million times. Fifth most pirated game was Portal 2, it was pirated 1.5 million times and sold better on PC. Witcher 2 was nowhere to be found when the final report of 2011 pirated games came out. Google it.
Yeah and still Crysis 1 outsold the other Crysis games.
As much as I’d like to see TW3 outsell GTA V, it has a snowball’s chance in hell of happening. The last-gen console versions of GTA V alone sold over 11 million copies within the first 24 hours of release. Compare that to every Witcher game released which combined have only sold 6 million over the years.
actually since Witcher 3 is the closest thing to Game of Thrones it might have a chance if they advertise more but yea still that chance is slim. even freaking Charles Dance AKA Tywin is in it so it is the closest as you can get.

i have been on Life is Strange’s steam forum and lots of people complains about their game are broken while using Intel integrated graphic although the spec-sheet said the game did not support intel integrated graphics.

how so? seems like another pc dev who now caters to console and does season passes and posts bs screenshots and downgrades before release in order to make console look good.
Well, otherwise the console owners will bitch and state something along the lines of “They are not using the PS4 hardware to its potential”.
And every developer caters to consoles cause they are dumb crowd, the PC crowd atleast has the ability to discern good games from overhyped shit. And be thankful they didn’t go full EA and change the entire game from its predecessors like inquisition.

Pre-ordering TW3 at GOG this week. I was torn between the Steam and GOG version but luckily they have made the GOG Downloader a lot better than before(it can auto-resume, now).

It’s sad that currently GTA V is winning the poll of left side of this page. PC gamers are strange sometimes. This game deserves your money more than 2 years late port of GTA V.

It’s stellar but it’s still last gen console game at heart. Witcher 3 is PC game that could’ve been pushed further if it was not on Consoles but it’s still targeted for PC first and every gameplay was shown on PC except E3 footage from unfinished map last year. (which I doubt that it was on Xbox since M$ usually show their games on PC but CDPR said it was on Xbox One so who am I to argue)

Yes that’s true but it is still made primarily for PC, just not pushed too far. GTA V on other hand is built for last gen consoles.
Well at least it’s not on last-gen systems but I also have a feeling that if they went full PC exclusive, many gamers would struggle to run the game. Also, they need to have it on consoles as well as that would increase the sales.

I dont know if it’s only my impression, but it looks like character faces are improved in this build. Skin pores are more noticalbe, and there’s nice light refraction on skin. Game looks great
Well, for the developers sake I hope most of you guys purchase form GOG instead of steam as its a better service and the money end up in the developers pockets as opposed to vavle’s.
