Eclipse Glow Games has released a new technical behind-the-scenes video for Tides of Annihilation. In this video, we get to hear from the development team behind the game’s deep technical partnership between Unreal Engine and NVIDIA.
Tides of Annihilation is a third-person game that promises to have a spectral knight dual-fighting system. Players will be able to customize devastating combos with spectral knights in frenetic high-speed battles.
The game will take place in a modern London with a medieval setting. Players will explore iconic landmarks warped by an apocalyptic Outworld invasion.
In Tides of Annihilation, Colossal Knights will roam the city. Players will scale and battle massive, dynamic knights across London in vertical, interconnected challenges. In total, there will be over 30 unique bosses to fight. Some of them will be inspired by the lore of the Knights of the Round Table.
Finally, players will unravel the mysteries of Gwendolyn’s origin in a journey of revenge, reunion, and redemption.
It’s worth noting that Tides of Annihilation will support Path Tracing on PC. Moreover, it will support NVIDIA DLSS 4 with Multi-Frame Gen. So, here is hoping that the devs will not drop the ball and that they will also support AMD FSR 4.0 and Intel XeSS 2.0.
There is still no ETA on when the game will come out. Naturally, though, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
Enjoy!
