Modder “SGtMarkIV” has released a new trailer for the latest version of his amazing Brutal Doom mod. Brutal Doom looks phenomenal, and its latest version (v20.0) is scheduled for a June 5th release. This is perhaps the coolest thing you’ll see this weekend, so make sure to check it out!

Looks good, I liked how the pinky demon continued to attack after its arm was blown off. I remember playing the first version of this mod, my sister walked by and said “Why are you playing Doom…and why is it so violent?!?”
This is a mod I’d gladly pay for.

If Doom was released like this back when I was a kid it would of made night trap on sega cd look like a after school special in the eyes of the new’s media when they had a huge attack on video game violence eh eh.
For me it seems a waste of 5 years. But if you’re doing something you enjoy, then I guess they wouldn’t see it that way.

This looks amazing. Looks like they unlocked the framerate, too – this has to be running above 60 fps.
I suddenly have an urge to go play Doom haha so I guess this trailer worked ;)…..The mod looks great fair play to the guy that made it. I think this really shows how much benefit mods can be to a developer, when mods are still being made for ancient games like doom and in turn encouraging people to buy the game, so they can play the mod. Win Win
