THQ Nordic has released a multiplayer trailer for SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated, highlighting its horde mode. The horde mode will support up to two players, and will be available in both online and split-screen.
According to the publisher, the multiplayer contains 26 islands and 7 playable characters, all with unique attacks.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated is a remake of the 2003 game. This remake will feature high-end visuals, modern resolutions and carefully polished gameplay. Not only that, but the game will feature cut content, like the Robo Squidward boss fight and more.
Lastly, SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated will release on June 23rd.
