Modder DooMero informed us about a new total conversion mod for Doom that is inspired by the Resident Evil series. As the modder noted, this DooM mod runs with gzdoom and uses various resources from Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil: Survivor, Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil: Zero, including some ideas from Resident Evil Revelations.
Although there is no download link yet, the following video shows gameplay segments, thus giving players an idea of what they can expect from it.
In Resident Evil B.O.W. Nation, Hunk can use both the neckbreaker (zombies) and the soccer kick (zombie dogs). Moreover, DooMero has added the voice of Hunk from Resident Evil Umbrella’s chronices/darkside chronicle/orc. This basically means that Hunk can talk and give orders, as well as contact with USS command.
