NVIDIA and Daedalic Entertainment have released a Ray Tracing trailer for The Lord of the Rings: Gollum. According to the devs, the game will feature ray-traced reflections and shadows.
Moreover, the game will support NVIDIA DLSS 3 Frame Generation at launch. This is definitely great news, however, we really hope that the game is properly optimized on PC for multiple GPUs and CPUs. In other words, let’s hope we won’t have to use DLSS 3 in order to overcome any potential optimization issues.
The Lord of the Rings: Gollum is a story-driven action adventure that will release on May 25th. The game will take players on a journey across Middle-earth, starring as Sméagol.
Lastly, and although you can find here the game’s official PC system requirements, NVIDIA has shared some more detailed PC requirements that you can find below.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

Mediocre graphics and ridiculous system requirements.

Not a poster child for RT, but I have it pre-orderd via Cdkeys for £25 as I like stealth games. Fingers crossed.
Looks like hammered sht tbh
Not a single Radeon in sight…
these “with DLSS enabled” useless charts can f***k right off where they came from.
oki how comes requirement minimum 30fps cpu (ryzen 1200) is better than rt high 60fps (i3-6100)? this is strange.
4K 60 fps RT with Performance DLSS mode requires a 4080? Wow, solid optimization right there.
That’s some unappealing art design, Gollum’s design couldn’t be any worse.
