IGN has shared a new video for The Blood of Dawnwalker, featuring 8 minutes of new gameplay footage from it. The video showcases the Pearly and Precious mission, from start to finish. This is a relatively short adventure, but one that introduces a brand new creature: a sanzhana, or “pixie”.
The Blood of Dawnwalker is a single-player open-world dark fantasy vampire action RPG. It’s developed by former The Witcher devs, and it will be using Unreal Engine 5.
In the game, you play as Coen. Coen is a young man turned into a Dawnwalker, forever treading the line between the world of day and the realm of night.
Players will use their skills and combine vampiric strength with human resolve as they take on a quest to save the ones they love. They will face their foes – be they human, monster, or the ticking clock itself.
According to the devs, players will have 30 in-game days to complete the main story. Moreover, time will move forward every time you do something important.
Bandai Namco will release The Blood of Dawnwalker on September 3. Moreover, the devs have confirmed that they will not use the Denuvo anti-tamper tech. This will please those who have boycotted the games that had it. Finally, you can find its official PC system requirements here.
