    1. If they couldn’t make the combat look fluid with full control of the game and infinite tries then that would be worrying. But yeah I guess it looks pretty fluid

      1. oh good, few things get me harder than people who can occupy both the male and female spectrums at the same time.

    2. fluid? It is the same mass effect small fov, tank like character controls that you aim at stuff and shoot them with energy guns or energy projectiles.

I dont see anything new, no stealth, no changing your position, nothing new, its mass effect 3 with better textures and big empty areas which is a standard for open world games.

Prey has some gameplay in youtube, looks much better.

      1. The characters are zipping around and moving to a fro fluidly using a jetpack. That’s the first thing that stuck out to me. It makes you look far from tank like, if anything the character looks equal measure nimble and powerful (which is a hard balance to strike as those tend to pull in opposite directions).

        1. i did not see that in the video i saw hovering and shooting. They made the jetpack look bad.

How its not tank like? You got small fov, you aim with a zoomed in perspective and press buttons to target lock on objects you want to attack with powers or teleport behind cover.

  1. i don’t like it… too floaty, too “in your face pew pew”
i really liked the tactical combat of mass effect 2 and less of 3
    this looks casual as f**k

though the game being a free-roam makes sense, but it still doesn’t look niether challanging nor fun, it looks like dragon age inquisition Andromeda
and it probably is… with all the filler content and the S J W propaganda

    1. The player is sooo overpowered that it barely makes sense playing it.
Like you know you can do EVERY SINGLE SUPERPOWER THING IMAGINABLE to squash you enemies like indefense frogs… so bah… what’s even the point?
      *casual*

  2. wow they brought back the heat based guns instead of everything being ammo based. Now to see what the weapon customization is.

    1. Weapon customization in ME1 was oddly addictive but it had many terrible flaws, too, with the way gear would scale according to story progress so it never made sense to actually buy a gun or upgrade parts, you would just find something way better in the next story chapter any way. I’d like a system where you can find powerful stuff early on but you can’t use it and then you have that classic RPG decision of “do I carry this with me for 10 hours before unlocking usage, or do I sell it and buy some gear I can use now?”

  3. as much as i loved the last games nothing so far gets me excited about this game.I dont like the cast from what i’ve seen, i’m not sure about the enviroments, i know nothing about the story. But man i hate how all the cast looks, it’s a big turn off for me. Combat looks generic for mass effect, shoot at robots with shields. I feel nothing when i shoot robots.
