SEGA has released the first gameplay trailer/video for A Total War Saga: TROY. In this video, we join Achilles and Hector as they fight to decide the fate of Troy. This video also gives us a first look at how battles will play out in this new Total War game.
A Total War Saga: TROY plunges players into the legendary Bronze-Age conflict of the Trojan War, where they assume the roles of Achilles, Hector, and many other legendary heroes as they fight to defend the great city of Troy or raze it to the ground.
As we’ve already reported, this new Total War game will be timed-exclusive on Epic Games Store. Moreover, Epic Games will be giving it away for free at launch. This basically means that you will be able to acquire a free copy of the game the moment it gets out. Not only that, but you’ll be able to keep it yours forever.
A Total War Saga: TROY will launch on PC exclusively on the Epic Games Store on Tuesday August 13th. The game will become available on other digital PC storefronts such as Steam from August 2021.

Looks more like six minutes of pre-staged bulls**t and lies, trying to showcase the game in ways which it will never deliver. Essentially, a six minute commercial, and nothing more.
Gameplay footage has “gameplay footage”, not some a**hole sales pitching over the entire video. Just saying.
