Gamespot has shared a video, showcasing over 10 minutes of gameplay footage from Team Ninja’s upcoming game, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is a dramatic, action-packed story of a nameless militia soldier fighting for survival in a dark fantasy version of the Later Han Dynasty where demons plague the Three Kingdoms. Players fight off deadly creatures and enemy soldiers using swordplay based on the Chinese martial arts, attempting to overcome the odds by awakening the true power from within.
In this game, players will defeat deadly enemies to boost morale and awaken the power from within. Players will also overcome adversity through unique new strategies, including battle styles based on the “Five Phases”.
Interestingly enough, KOEI Tecmo has released a demo for this game, allowing players to actually experience it. However, this demo is only available on consoles. The publisher did not provide any explanation as to why this demo is not coming to PC.
But anyway, KOEI Tecmo plans to release Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty on PC in 2023.
Enjoy!

I like how Chinese PC gaming development is picking up pace. Couple more years and they start dropping masterpieces. While the west keeps using gaming as a leftist political platform and in the process kills soul and literally everything that made past games good
It’s pretty damn good, been playing the demo all day. Gotta say though, they were talking out their a*s about it having less loot lol. It’s basically the Nioh loot system with slightly less drops. Which is fine for me but I know a lot of people disliked the loot in Nioh.
The combat feels really fluid, the game just feels good to play. I’d say the difficulty is a little lower than the Nioh demos but not by much. The boss still took me over an hour to beat on first run. Online is currently a total mess with absolutely insane teleporting and network errors, so hopefully that gets fixed.
Most of the features of the game are disabled in the demo but in the online menu there was a greyed out option that just said “invade”. Please let that be what it sounds like. Definitely going to be buying it. It’s like a mashup of Nioh and sekiro combat wise that’s done really well. It sets itself apart from Nioh more than I expected, the core is there but there are a lot of new mechanics. So it seems like it’ll be another deep game to sink lots of time into.
What about the story? What’s the game about? Who’s the character you play as?
Team Ninja games aren’t about story, it’s about sick combat. Story wise, I have no idea, man, there wasn’t any cutscenes in the demo. Except for the first time entering the boss.
Thanks, mate. I’ll make sure to stay away from it, then.
Cheers!
Nioh 3
Pronouns nonsense = no money from me
Just like people phagged out about Elden Ring having body type A and B, then the game dropped and was like 150 hours with zero woke sh*t at all. Honestly, your attitude is basically like an inverted twitter troon. Good job virtue signaling though, so based haha.
k.
Political shlt really svcks, but you don’t need to be THIS snowflake. It’s just a thing you won’t ever see while playing.
“Personal Pronouns” LOL F*K OFF!
And the player will need to climb every mountain to find some very hidden piece of text, which then will give a glimpse of the back story, and the rest the internet will create through conspiracy. Lazy ars3 devs! SMH
