GameInformer has released a new video, showcasing 8 minutes of gameplay footage from the new Saints Row game. This video packs pre-alpha gameplay footage, and it’s not representative of the final product. Still, it can give you an idea of what you can expect from it.
Saints Row will be a third-person action game, and promises to have the most in-depth character creator in any Saints game. Furthermore, it will have more voices than any other Saints Row game for The Boss. Volition has claimed that there will be eight voices to choose from (4 male and 4 female voices).
Players will be able to save their custom cars in a garage. As the devs noted, vehicle customization is huge in Saints Row, with more options than ever before.
Moreover, the game will support co-op. However, it won’t support cross-play between different platforms.
Volition also claimed that this new Saints Row will still have funny moments with the “signature Saints sense of humour.” Additionally, it will still have the signature Saints Row gameplay.
Saints Row will release on February 25th, 2022.

Feels like we’ve been playing the same game over and over for the last few years with these type of open world games. rpg mechanics in games that aren’t rpg was the worst thing that has happened to this industry since dark souls combat system.

The problem this game has that the original doesn’t is the woke agenda to earn useless Twitter points and average review scores from low IQ sites like kotaku and polygon. Also what are the chances some of the dev team are resetera members too?

it looks like a ps3 game, look how all the objects pop in, what is this a ps2 game? San andreas with mods looks better and has less pop in. Also that destruction mission, ps2 had such simplistic destruction. Its next gen godamn it, where are the cloth physics?

The fallout 3 third person camera that you have to look way up to aim with the placing of the crosshair, wtf was wrong with the crosshair and camera in the older games? Nothing, pc gaming did it right, consoles still cant catch up to pc controls and camera.
Bulletspongy enemies and super recoil, combine that with the garbage tier hud and crosshair, it look like its a placeholder and what you got here is a game as bad as the true crime games. Also generic as heck guns.
