IGN has shared a new video, showing 12 minutes of gameplay footage from The Ascent, featuring commentary from Neon Giant co-founder Arcade Berg.
The Ascent is a solo and co-op action-shooter RPG set in a sci-fi cyberpunk world. In this shooter, players can aim low or high, switch weapons and equip lethal gadgets. Players can also take cover and use the destructible environments at their advantage and keep adjusting their tactic as they face new enemies.
As we’ve already reported, The Ascent will also support Ray Tracing and DLSS on PC. Neon Giant will be using Ray Tracing in order to enhance the game’s reflections and shadows.
The Ascent will release on July 29th.
